CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note, there are no refunds of the retreat deposit. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. If you need to cancel with more than 90 days until the retreat start date (June 16th or earlier), you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (less deposit). Should you need to cancel within 60 to 90 days of the retreat start date (June 16-July 16), 50% of the total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 60 days of the retreat start date (after July 16). Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. We do not offer refunds or credit for a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early.

We understand, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things can happen, so please consider purchasing travel insurance.

If Hannah Dawe must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method. Hannah Dawe is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
