ALIGN WITH PURPOSE

Considering the dynamic nature of life, it’s only natural to get thrown out of alignment now and again - be it in the physical body, energetically or mentally mixing up priorities.

Mindfulness and movement are timeless tools anyone can use to tune up the body and tend to the mental landscape. Not only can breath work, meditation, strength and mobility training help in recovery during a rough patch, they help maintain conditions to reduce the frequency of injury, burn out, forgetfulness, etc.

I share practices to listen deeply, move with confidence and enact sustainable changes for health, empower meaningful connections and fuel vitality. My offerings include: public classes, private in person or digital training, corporate classes, mentorship and retreats.
